I wanted to let you know that Avi and I are dealing with some overwhelming news regarding my health. I have a tumor which could be pancreatic cancer. I'm having another more definitive test as soon as I can get it scheduled. We're both reeling from it and I'm choosing not to talk about it just yet. I have let some close friends and family know via email but it isn't something I'm ready to discuss at this time. I just wanted to let you know so you didn't innocently bring it up at our Chanukah gathering.
